What is your return policy on used golf clubs?
We offer a 30-day playability guarantee. If you aren't satisfied with the performance of your clubs, you can return them for store credit, minus a 15% restocking fee.
Do you offer custom club fitting services?
Yes, JD's Clubs specializes in custom builds. You can select specific shafts, grips, and loft/lie adjustments on each product page before adding them to your cart.
How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Customized sets typically require 5-7 business days for assembly and quality testing. Once shipped, standard domestic delivery takes an additional 3-5 business days.
Are the golf clubs covered by a warranty?
All new clubs carry a full one-year manufacturer warranty against defects. JD's Clubs also provides a 6-month limited warranty on all custom labor and assembly.
