Returns & Exchanges

At JD's Clubs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned equipment must be in original, unused condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all club headcovers and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our pro-shop team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
